Terms and Conditions
Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of booking. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or trash folder or contact us at [email protected].
Delivery & Collection
Pick Up: You must pick up the car from our station at the time specified in your reservation.
Drop Off: The car must be returned to the designated location and time specified in the rental agreement.
If there are any changes, please inform us in advance.
There is no refund in case of an earlier drop off.
Free Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to pick up. There is no cancellation penalty but please inform us as soon as possible.
Fuel Policy
You should return the vehicle with the same amount of petrol or diesel as shown at the time of pick up.
Driving License and Age Requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least 12 months.
The maximum age for drivers is 75 years old.
National driver’s licenses issued in the EU, Switzerland, Great Britain, Israel, USA, Canada, and Australia are accepted. An international driving permit is required in all other cases.
Only the driver named on the rental contract is covered to drive the vehicle.
Personal Belongings
Theft protection does not cover any stolen belongings of the renter.
Lost Keys
The renter is liable for all costs of replacing lost or damaged keys and restoring keys enclosed in the car.
Tyres & Undersite
Tyres are covered when they can be repaired. If they are destroyed, they are not covered.
Spares under the car are not covered.
Accidents
In case of an accident, the renter or any additional driver must contact us at the emergency phone number as soon as possible.
Do not accept any responsibility or fault for the accident against third parties.
Take photographs of the car and any other vehicles involved.
Inform the nearest police station.
Fill out the accident report.
In case of battery failure or flat tyres, the renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked at a location accessible to the roadside assistance provider.
Non-repairable tyres are not covered by insurance. If a tyre can be repaired, customers can use the spare wheel provided in the vehicle while road assistance can be sent to help change the tire. Customers can then drive to the nearest petrol station for repairs, and the company will refund all associated costs.
In case of battery failure, roadside assistance will help start the engine. If the battery needs to be changed, you can take it to the nearest store to change the battery. The cost of changing the battery is charged to the operating company.
If the car is not drivable, we will provide a similar replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
Traffic Fines
All traffic fines during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
Ferry Transportation
Ferrying the car to and from any island or mainland is allowed only with the prior written approval of the operating company.
Privacy Policy
We collect your personal data, including full name, email, phone number, arrival details, IP address, and any additional rental information you provide when getting a quote via our online booking form.
Your data will not be stored online after the end of the rental, and no third parties have access to it unless permitted by law.
